Can anybody get the Katrina Villages idea infront of William Lokey, chief coordinator for FEMA?

source. Well, here's something that will work and I've been sending it out to everyone I can think of on the Internet for 5 days. I guess I'll just have to go to the foreign press to get any attention in my own country.
Many thousands of families have been displaced by hurricane Katrina. It will be at least a month, in some cases many months before these people can get back to their homes (those that still have homes) and begin to rebuild. Current shelters are filled to capacity and are not suitable for long-term stays.
How can we turn this very sour lemon into lemonade?
